Q: What is the best way to wash a MadebyCoral piece?

A: Fill a large bowl or sink with warm water. Submerge the piece into the water. Add special detergents if desired. Carefully drain out the water and squeeze the water out. Do not wring. Lay your piece out on a flat towel to dry, shaping it while it is still wet.

Q: What do I do if a loose strand comes out?

A: Don’t worry, loose strands are natural and does not mean your piece is unraveling. While I spend hours tucking strands in, they will occasionally slip out. Simply tuck it back in with your fingers or a needle.
